A lot of people think that art is easy. Did you ever try doing art? I think that people are too naive with art because they think its for people that aren't so "smart". Artists are honestly one of the most creative and intelligent people you get to know. Everything we have from laptops and cars are all designed by and artist.
If you watch this video. You realize how hard and how much work and time art consumes. It is a way of life and a style not something you get and just lose. Its like any regular job. You get a college degree and you go out in the world and try to get a job. I think artist don't get enough credit for what they do.
When I was hang out with a couple of my friends, I realized that everything around was designed by someone. The trees and the hills were designed by an ultimate designer while the computers and phones were created by artists. Everything we see is someone's design. That was one of the bizzarre revelations I went through when I was thinking about art. Everyone experience art and I just want to be the one that provide that experience. It's fun and everyone has a creative mind. It depends on if they want to use it or not.
I agree with how artists are underrated. People should realise that artists are very useful and if we didn't have them we probably wouldn't have 80% of the technology we have today
